HAPPY MONDAY BEAUTIFUL SOULS.

I hope everyone is having a beautiful day so far, can you even believe it’s almost February. 11/12 months already gone. U N R E A L.

How are you living this year so far? Time is already flying by, which means this is a good time to check in. How was this last month? How are you feeling? What do you have planned for the month ahead. . . It’s extremely easy to jump out of the gates on January 1st, but it’s equally as important to check in. This could be daily or weekly. For me, I do it morning and night. WAKE UP : How do I feel, what am I grateful for, how do I want my day to go, . . . NIGHT: Give thanks for a beautiful day, and scan my day for those beautiful moments & see how I can better peoples lives even more & show more love to myself and others. There are always opportunities. Furthermore, if January didn’t start off how you imagined it to, then L E T G O. Don’t hold onto those moments, situations, relationships. . . it’s N O T worth it. Letting go doesn’t mean you don’t care about someone or something anymore; it’s just realizing that the only thing you truly have control over is yourself, right here, right now. It’s a necessary process of adapting to the ever-changing realities of life – leaving behind the past to make way for the present.

To help inspire you to move forward and jump into February with an open H E A R T ( it is the month of looooove ) , body + mind I’ve complied some quotes that really struck a chord with me.

Allow yourself to feel, be loved, love others & give more than you think is possible. Set intentions, breathe, move your body, nourish yourself from the inside out, reach for your dreams, take those s m a l l steps that it will take to get you there (N O T H I N G happens overnight ) work hard, share moments, laugh, relish in the beauty of nature – no matter what the weather is doing, express yourself, let your heart shine, be kind, do something everyday that will challenge you, take different routes, explore, and most importantly just B E.


You will never achieve what you are capable of if you’re too attached to things you’re supposed to let go of.

Sometimes there are things in our lives that aren’t meant to stay. Sometimes the changes we don’t want are the changes we need to grow.

Fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in your mind. It’s difficult to follow your heart, but it’s a tragedy to let the lies of fear stop you.

Never force anything. Give it your best shot, and then let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Don’t hold yourself down with things you can’t control.

Giving up and moving on are two very different things.

Stop focusing on how stressed you are and remember how blessed you are. It could be so much worse.

You are GOOD enough, SMART enough, FINE enough, and STRONG enough. You don’t need other people to validate you; you’re already valuable.

Sometimes we expect more from others because we’d be willing to do that much for them. Keep loving. You’ll learn who’s worth it in the end.

Sometimes we don’t forgive people because they deserve it. We forgive them because they need it, because we need it, and because we cannot let go and move forward without it.

The first to apologize is the bravest. The first to forgive is the strongest. The first to move forward is the happiest.

If you are diligent and patient, everything you truly need in your life will come to you at the right time.

Everything will fall into place eventually. Until then, learn what you can, laugh often, live for the moments, and know it’s all worthwhile.
